Ingredients:

  • Paneer: 1 bowl (chopped)
  • Onion: 1 bowl (chopped)
  • Capsicum: ½ bowl (chopped)
  • Chilli Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder: ¼ tsp
  • Chilli Powder: ½ tsp
  • Salt: ½ tsp
  • Biryani Masala: 2 tsp
  • Cheese Cube: 4 nos
  • Mayonnaise: 2 tsp
  • Oil: 3 tsp
  • Green Chutney
  • Butter

Method for making Paneer Biryani Sandwich:

  1. In a pan add Oil and butter. Once it heated add chilli ginger garlic paste and saute it for 30 seconds. Now stir fry the chopped onion for 2 minutes on low flame.
  2. Then add chopped capsicum and cook it for 2 minutes.
  3.  After that add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and biryani masala.
  4. Mix them well.
  5. Now add chopped paneer and mix it well.
  6. Lastly add chopped coriander and mix it.

On sandwich bread apply butter first then add green chutney and mayonnaise and spread it. After that add sandwich stuffing. Grate some cheese on top of that.

Now sprinkle some biryani masala. Cover the sandwich with another bread and apply some butter over the bread. After that place the sandwich in the griller and grill the sandwich 3-4 minutes until it becomes crispy. Here your Paneer Biryani Sandwich is ready to serve.
