  • One unit of chicken breasts

  • 1 cinnamon stick

How to cook Chicken Donne Biryani?

  1. Place the chicken bone and water in a heavy-bottomed container and bring to a boil. Wash the bone once more after draining the water. Add water, boiled chicken bones, coriander roots, roughly chopped onions, ginger, and garlic to a heavy-bottomed vessel. Simmer for three hours.
  2. Reserve the stock after straining it. Toss in the Jeera rice and 30 minutes of water in a bowl.
  3. Next Roast the peanuts in a hot pan over a medium heat. After letting it cook, take off the skin and set it aside.
  4. Now warm up the oil in the pan. Stor fry minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Add the onion slices now, and sauté them until golden brown.

  6. Warm up the oil in the pan. Add the Hing, red Chilli, Curry Leaves, and Mustard Seeds and sauté. Add and sauté the onion-peanut paste mentioned above.
  7. Add the salt, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and sauté.
  8. Add water and simmer over low heat.Take it out and set it aside in a serving bowl.
  9. Now combine the curd, black salt, cumin powder, and chopped mint leaves in a mixing bowl. Stir it thoroughly.Remove to a serving bowl and keep warm.
  10. Mint, coriander, ginger, garlic, green chili, spinach, and water should all be added to a blender and blended into a fine paste.
  11. Place the chicken cubes in a bowl and thoroughly mix in the ginger garlic paste, salt, and green masala paste. Set aside for a later time.
  12. Next warm up the oil in the pan. Add the clove, cinnamon stick, green cardamom, bay leaf, and star anise, and sauté until fragrant.
  13. Add the chopped green chilies and onion slices, and sauté until golden. Add the Mace Powder, Green Cardamom Powder, Garam Masala, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, and Salt after that, and sauté for a while.
  14. After that, add the remaining Green Masala Paste and cook until the raw flavor goes away. Add the marinated chicken now, and cook it for a while. Cook the curd and chicken stock together.
  15. Mix well after adding the rice. Put it on dum until it’s cooked through after it boils.Transfer it to a serving bowl and present it alongside Salan and Raita.
