How to cook Chicken Donne Biryani?
- Place the chicken bone and water in a heavy-bottomed container and bring to a boil. Wash the bone once more after draining the water. Add water, boiled chicken bones, coriander roots, roughly chopped onions, ginger, and garlic to a heavy-bottomed vessel. Simmer for three hours.
- Reserve the stock after straining it. Toss in the Jeera rice and 30 minutes of water in a bowl.

- Mint, coriander, ginger, garlic, green chili, spinach, and water should all be added to a blender and blended into a fine paste.
- Place the chicken cubes in a bowl and thoroughly mix in the ginger garlic paste, salt, and green masala paste. Set aside for a later time.
- Next warm up the oil in the pan. Add the clove, cinnamon stick, green cardamom, bay leaf, and star anise, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chopped green chilies and onion slices, and sauté until golden. Add the Mace Powder, Green Cardamom Powder, Garam Masala, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, and Salt after that, and sauté for a while.
